I am at day 4 and already in Ketosis!
Now what does that mean? That means that my body is now using stored fat as energy. And that means that I should start to see the scale move down and/or inches off of my body. This is very exciting for me because I usually give up after a week or 2, BUT now that I know my body is changing inside and out I plan to stick with it. I have already noticed that I am having less pain with my PCOS/Endo. I can’t even remember the last time I didn’t have lower abdominal pain!
