Well today is my first weigh in since beginning the Keto way of life! I have always hated weighing myself. Would send me into a depression and binge eating. I have learned so much in the last month of researching this diet and in the first week of it. I can already feel a difference in my clothes and more importantly the way I feel about myself. I am proud of myself for making this decision for myself and I really feel like I will be able to stick with it, I mean come on I can have bacon every. single. day! Who wouldn’t love that? 😉
Now on to my weigh in Last week I was 245.6 lbs this week…..240! 5.6 lbs down in one week! I know it is mostly water weight but it is a start and I am excited! Keto on friends!
