The BEST Keto butter biscuits!

Praise the Lord I found a way to make a great replacement biscuit! Lol. I am a southern girl and we like our biscuits! I stumbled upon a recipe that I had and I did some experimenting and created the perfect, in my opinion anyway, butter biscuit.

It has the soft buttery texture that I was craving and even tastes good cold! Super simple to make and you have great biscuits in about 30 mins start to finish.

Almond Flour Butter Biscuits

Oven: 350 degrees

Cook: 16 minutes

Prep: 10 mins

Yield: 10 biscuits

Ingredients:

2 cups Almond Flour

1/4 cups Coconut Flour

1  1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp xanthum gum

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cup cold butter

1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

3 eggs

Step 1. Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl

Step 2. Cut in butter. I did this by cutting up the butter into pea size blocks and mixing it in.

Step 3. Add eggs and HWC

Step 4. Blend with a blender or just mix by hand.

Step 5. Form dough into balls and place on greased cookie sheet.

Step 6. Cook for 16-18 minutes depending on your oven

Enjoy with butter or keto jelly or with sausage gravy!
